Here are some of our most frequently asked questions!
How is the design applied to the binder?
We use vinyl that is locked into place with a heat plate to ensure the design is long lasting.
What brands and sizes do your binders come in?
We work mainly with Vault X binders that come in the following sizes:
- 4 pocket - holding 160 cards
- 9 pocket - holding 360 cards
- 12 pocket - holding 480 cards
- 12 pocket XL - holding 624 cards
- 16 pocket - holding 1088 cards
These are all side-loading binders.
Other brands we also work with are MintKeeper and Grail Guard.
I want to use a different binder or change the colour of the design that is listed, is that possible?

Do you use toploader binders?
Yes, we can use MintKeeper or Grail Guard binders but you'd need to send us a request.
I want a design that isn't available, can I request it?
For sure, just drop us a message to discuss!
Are you planning to design a binder for every set?
That is the long term goal but if you were interested in one sooner, just drop us a message and we may be able to look at it sooner.
Can I have my name on it?
Absolutely! You can personalise your binder with your name of choice, just drop us a message or add a note when placing your order.
How long after I place my order do you post?
All of our binders are made to order so we will typically post within 5-7 days of the order being placed.
What postal service do you use when posting binders?
We always use Royal Mail tracked 48 but in circumstances where there has been a slight delay, we will upgrade your binder to Tracked 24 free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
We do but only via our eBay store using the Global Shipping service at the moment. We hope to ship internationally on our website in the future.
