Dropmixer Binders – Terms and Conditions

1. Orders
   1.  All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
   2. Custom orders must be confirmed in writing (via email, order form, or messaging platform).
   3. We reserve the right to refuse any order if it contains offensive or inappropriate content.
2. Pricing & Payment
   1.  Prices are listed in pound sterling and are subject to change without notice.
   2.  Full payment is required at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   3.  Accepted payment methods are PayPal.
3. Customization, Mockups & Handmade Nature
   1. For custom binders, digital proofs or mockups may be provided upon request.
   2. Mockups are for illustration purposes only. Final products may differ slightly in color, texture, scale, or placement due to materials, printing processes, and the handmade nature of our products.
   3. Each binder is handmade, meaning minor variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of your product.
   4. Because we use heat to apply certain designs, slight discolouration or small surface marks may occur. These are considered normal characteristics of the production process and not defects.
   5. Once a proof or mockup is approved by the customer, Dropmixer Binders is not responsible for errors (including spelling, formatting, or design).
4. Intellectual Property
   1. We are not affiliated with Pokemon or Vault X. Our binders are fan-made and not endorsed by any brand.
   2. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any artwork, images, or text submitted for customization. We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.
5. Aftercare
   1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping.
   2. Avoid excessive heat or moisture, which may damage the cover or design.
   3. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning sprays, or abrasive materials.
   4. Do not place heavy objects on top of the binder, as this may distort its shape.
   5. Normal wear and tear over time is expected and not considered a defect.
6. Limitation of Liability
   1. Dropmixer Binders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
   2. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Privacy
   1. Customer information will only be used to process orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal requirements.
   2. We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent.
8.  Changes to Terms
   1. Dropmixer Binders reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
   2. The most current version will always be posted on our website or available upon request.
