Refund policy

1. Because our binders are custom-made, all sales are final.
2. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
3. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue (either a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion).
